Engagement & Scope
Raimage Design Studio delivers only what is explicitly listed in the referenced Quotation. Anything outside that scope will be quoted and billed separately. Delivery formats typically include Figma source files, PDFs, PNGs, and SVGs as applicable.
Intellectual Property
All work remains the property of the Designer until full payment is received. Upon final payment, intellectual property and usage rights transfer exclusively to the Client. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless requested otherwise in writing.
Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for supplying all required assets (logos, copy, images) in a timely manner. We are not responsible for delays or quality issues resulting from late or incorrect materials supplied by the Client.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all project materials, communications, and financial details strictly confidential. Nothing is shared with any third party without prior written consent from both parties.
Limitation of Liability
Raimage Design Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered work. The Client holds full legal responsibility for all final content, clearances, and third-party licensing.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes unresolved through direct discussion within 15 days fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
Website Use
Users agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include attempting to interfere with the site's security, using automated systems to scrape data, or transmitting malicious code.
