Refund & Cancellation
Project commencement is subject to advance payment and written approval. These terms ensure a clear and professional relationship between Raimage Design Studio and our partners.
Payment Terms
50% advance is due before work begins. Remaining 50% is due before final files are released. Payments outstanding beyond 7 days attract a 2% weekly fee on the outstanding amount.
Non-Refundable Policy
Due to the bespoke, digital nature of our creative services, all payments are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced. Payments secure your spot in our studio schedule.
Kill Fee
If the Client cancels after work has begun: Week 1: advance is retained. Week 2: 75% of total fee is due. Week 3 or later: 100% of total fee is due.
Timeline
Timeline begins on the date advance is received and all required materials are supplied by the Client. Delays caused by the Client extend the timeline at no penalty to the Designer.
Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included per deliverable. One round means one consolidated feedback list submitted at one time. Additional rounds are charged at Rs. 2,000 per round.
Approvals
Written sign-off is required before each new phase begins. Approved work that is later changed counts as a new paid revision round. No response within 5 working days of delivery is treated as approval.
Termination
Either party may exit with 7 days written notice. The Client is billed for all work completed to date. The advance is non-refundable under any circumstance.
